  I started off my career as a confectioner and a pastry chef working in various hotels and chalets in the French Alps.

Creating cakes is a passion of mine and it brings great joy to see the smile on a clients face when they see the finished creation.  Novelty cakes are a speciality– the quirkier the better! However cakes shouldn’t just look good they should taste fantastic too! – from Sicilian lemon drizzle cake soaked with lemoncello liquer , Rich Belgian chocolate cake, covered with dark chocolate ganache to a traditional vanilla sponge layered with raspberry conserve and vanilla buttercream or Rich fruit cake steeped in Brandy and port.......get the message!!
